The lovely couple, Nidhi Modi and Kishan Halani, had an arranged marriage with such stunningly beautiful celebrations, that when their photographer, Navdeep Soni, shared the pictures of their wedding with us, we could not stop ourselves from sharing the same with you. Meet the couple

Nidhi, a young, beautiful and vivacious personality, completed her MBA last year, and the charming groom, Kishan, owns a pharmaceutical company. Their match was fixed through family friends and they got engaged 11 months before their wedding that took place on February 21, 2015.

The wedding journey begins

The couple had fun, vibrant and colourful wedding celebrations, and they chose the stunning Madhubhan Resort & Spa in Anand, Gujarat, for all the functions.

Mehendi ceremony

The mehendi ceremony for the couple took place in the daytime. The décor was a colourful and vibrant one with beautiful tree hangings, drapes, and a lot more things adorning the entire venue.

The couple looked absolutely charming in colour-coordinated attires as the bride wore an off-white lehenga, and the groom wore a kurta pyjama teamed up with a bandhgala jacket in the same colour. The beautiful blend of the ceremony as well as stunning décor made the entire day a truly unforgettable affair.

Haldi ceremony

The haldi ceremony was also a daytime event. The bride looked stunning in a yellow saree and a sleeveless blouse teamed up with floral jewellery. And, the groom looked dapper in a white kurta pyjama.

The décor matched with the theme of the ceremony as the entire venue was decked with yellow and orange flowers and drapes.

The sangeet night

The couple had a grand sangeet night with an elaborate setup and lots of dance performances. Nidhi looked drop-dead gorgeous in a beautiful lehenga and minimal makeup. And, the handsome groom, Kishan, complemented her well in a long bandhgala jacket teamed up with grey trousers.

There were a lot of foot-tapping and beautifully choreographed dance performances by the couple as well as their family members and friends.

Adding more glamour to the evening was the celebrity singer, Neeti Mohan (singer of famous Bollywood songs, like Jiya Re, Ishq Wala Love, and a lot more), who also performed at the event.

It was then time for the most-awaited day of the entire celebrations, the beautiful wedding. The bride opted for a pink lehenga by Purva Couture, and breathtaking jewellery by Shobha Shringar, Mumbai. Needless to say, she look no less than a beautiful princess in her royal attire.
