Drink 2 cups of ginger tea daily. This will start your menstrual bleeding in a few days. However, do not drink many cups of ginger tea in a day as it may cause hot flashes or restlessness in some cases. And if ginger tea is not your thing, then drink a glass of ginger juice with jaggery in the morning, empty stomach.

Carotene rich diet will help in inducing early period. How? Well, by stimulating estrogen, a hormone that controls the menstrual cycle in women. That is why make sure to include papaya, pineapple, pumpkin, eggs, carrots, spinach and other foods that are high on carotene. These foods will generate excessive heat in the body, resulting in early period.

Get hot under the sheets with your better half as hormones released by your body during intercourse will help induce periods.

  • Fenugreek seeds – Simply boil the seeds in water, strain them and drink the water.
  • Fennel seeds - Just mix 2 teaspoons of fennel seeds in a glass of water in night, strain the water and drink it in the morning.
  • Coriander seeds – Boil 1 teaspoon of seeds in 2 cups of water and let it reduce to 1 cup of water. Strain the seeds and drink this concoction thrice a day for a few days.
  • Carom seeds – Boil 1 teaspoon of carom seeds, 1 teaspoon of jaggery in 1 glass of water and drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
  • Sesame seeds - Have spoonful of sesame seeds 2 times a day with hot water. You can even have spoonful of fried or plain seeds with honey, 2-3 times a day with hot water.

#7. Include vitamin C rich food in your diet

Eat citrus fruits and vegetables like kiwis, tomatoes, broccoli, bell peppers, orange, lemon and parsley for early menses.

You can even eat dates for inducing early period. Also, maintain an ideal body weight and exercise, as it will also help in preponing your menstrual cycle.
