Legendary actress, Hema Malini had made her debut in Indian cinema with the film, Sapno Ke Saudagar opposite none other than the showman of the Hindi film industry, Raj Kapoor, in 1968 after making her debut in the Tamil film industry with the film, Idhu Sathiyam in 1963. Although many critics still regard Hema and Raj's jodi as an unconventional one. But fans had enjoyed their chemistry to the fullest.

In 2001, Rani Mukherji and Abhishek Bachchan had worked for the first time in the film, Bas Itna Sa Khwaab Hai, and everyone had fallen in love with their chemistry instantly.
