Well, recently, Triptii bagged another big win that she can add to her long list of achievements. She topped the list of the Most Popular Indian Stars of 2024, surpassing some very well-established names in the industry! As it turns out, her rumoured boyfriend and businessman, Sam Merchant was the first in line to celebrate her achievement!
Triptii Dimri just added another huge accomplishment to her list as she was named the No. 1 Indian Star of 2024, according to IMDB. Despite being relatively new to Bollywood, Triptii surpassed some super popular names, like Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Alia Bhatt, among others. The actress, who was overwhelmed by the honour, told the Hindustan Times:
"It is indeed a huge honour to be ranked No. 1 on the list. This recognition is a testament to the incredible support of my fans and the hard work of everyone I have had the privilege of collaborating with. From working on exciting projects to wrapping up 2024 with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, it has been a memorable year for me. I am looking forward to what is next as I continue to be part of this inspiring industry."
However, she wasn't the only one celebrating. Her rumoured beau, Sam Merchant was just as proud of her incredible win. The businessman reshared IMDB's post on his Instagram story and expressed his support for Triptii with the words, "Making us proud." Sam also peppered his note with several evil eye emojis, showing off how protective he was of his alleged girlfriend.
Rumours about Triptii Dimri's alleged romance with businessman, Sam Merchant have been spreading for a while now, but neither of them has ever confirmed the same. Nevertheless, they have been spotted together multiple times, which gave rise to the speculations. Most recently, Triptii was captured spending some time with Sam on December 1, 2024, in Mumbai as they enjoyed an evening bike ride.
A video by a paparazzo showed the duo enjoying a bike ride, but the Bulbbul actress didn't seem to be in the mood to get clicked. Not only was she wearing a mask, but she also hid her face the moment she spotted the shutterbugs.
