After Sanaya Irani, Pooja Joshi, Divyanka Tripathi and many other television bigwigs joining the doubles club, here is another television actress who got engaged recently and is all set to become a bride soon. We are talking about Pooja Sharma of Tu Mera Hero and Ruk Jaana Nahi fame.

The famous actress got engaged on February 16, to her long-time boyfriend Pushkar Pandit, who is also the director of her show, Tu Mera Hero. The two fell in love while working together.
It was a private ceremony attended by only family members and close friends. The couple started dating recently and after getting approval from their respective parents, had an intimate roka ceremony.

The lovely couple is all set to tie the knot by the end of this month, most probably on February 22.
A source close to the couple revealed:
“Yesterday (February 16), the engagement ceremony took place at Pooja’s place, which was attended by close family and friends. Since 22 February has an auspicious mahurat, the family has decided to go ahead with the date.”
Here is what the soon-to-be groom, Pushkar has to say about his engagement and wedding:
“Yes, it is a little too soon but then when two people are deeply in love, marriage is just a formality. Since we had our roka a couple of months back, the preparation for the wedding has been in process. I have left the entire choice to Pooja to decide on our wardrobe, honeymoon plans etc.”
