On June 9, 2023, Upasana Kamineni attended Varun Tej and her fiancee, Lavanya Tripathi's engagement ceremony. The soon-to-be mommy made a stylish entry with her husband, Ram Charan, at the function. For the party, the diva flaunted her baby bump in a green-coloured kaftan set that featured golden prints on the hemline. On the other hand, her doting hubby looked handsome in a light blue-coloured shirt which he teamed with black pants.

Upasana completed her look with a multi-hued stone-embellished choker, matching earrings, kohl-rimmed eyes, nude lipstick, blushed cheeks and open tresses. An embellished potli bag and nude ballet flats added stars to Upasana's look. However, it was her Goldflats that caught our attention. On digging deeper, we discovered that it is from the popular brand, Christian Louboutin. Her flats are made from nude patent leather and featured embellishments with spikes. On April 24, 2023, the soon-to-parents, Upasana and Ram's close friends, Smitha Reddy and Sarin Katta hosted an intimate baby shower. For her special day, the soon-to-be mommy opted for a pink-coloured dress and she looked cute as she flaunted her fully grown baby bump. Upasana's dress featured embellishments, a V-neckline, and statement sleeves. She accentuated her look with glossy makeup, and a simple half-done hairdo. For the unversed, her hubby, Ram and their family had hosted her a baby shower in Dubai. In the pictures, the mom-to-be could be seen flaunting her baby bump in a stunning white-coloured lace-worked maxi dress. Her outfit featured balloon sleeves and ruffled detail at the hemline. She accentuated her look with subtle makeup, dainty earrings, classy sunglasses, and transparent flat sandals.
