It is a special moment for Upasana and Ram Charan as their father, Chiranjeevi gets honoured with Padma Vibhushan.
Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela are super happy as superstar, Chiranjeevi received the second-highest civilian award in the country — Padma Vibhushan for his notable work. For the unversed, Padma Awards 2024 are awarded on the eve of Republic Day. Chiranjeevi proved to the world that an 'outsider' can become a superstar with hard work. Now, Upasana shared an unseen picture of her father-in-law, Chiranjeevi with her baby girl, Klin Kara.
On January 26, 2024, Upasana took to her Instagram handle and posted a cutesy photo of Chiranjeevi with all his granddaughters. The picture was from their Sankranti festival, which was celebrated with a lot of pomp. However, our eyes were struck by Klin Kara, who was sitting on Chiranjeevi's lap, but Upasana blurred the little one's face. Another highlight was Klin Kara's adorable red lehenga choli with gota patti border. Alongside it, Upasana penned a heartfelt note for Chiranjeevi on winning the Padma Vibhushan. She wrote:
"What you see are five fingers that form a powerful fist Congrats to our inspiration, not just in cinema & philanthropy but in life - as a dad, father-in-law & granddad. Chirutha, honored with Padma Vibhushan. Love you."

Chiranjeevi also expressed his emotions in the best way possible. In a clip, he shared that he was speechless after he heard the news. He further shared how grateful and overwhelmed he is after winning the prestigious award. He has been in the industry for the past 45 years, and he has done his best to entertain his pan-Indian fans.
Chiranjeevi was in seventh heaven after Upasana and Ram Charan embraced parenthood. The couple was blessed with a baby girl, and the doting grandfather revealed the baby's name and shared that he is sure their little princess will imbibe these qualities into her personality when she grows up. His note could be read as:
"And the baby’s name is ‘Klin Kaara Konidela ’… Taken from the Lalitha Sahasranama Namam.. 'Klin Kaara', signifies a transformative purifying energy that brings about a spiritual awakening! All of us are sure the little one, the Little Princess will imbibe these qualities into her personality .. as she grows up. Enchanted!"
