A video of Urvashi Rautela dancing with Nandamuri Balakrishna at the song, 'Dabidi Dibidi' led fans to point out how uncomfortable Urvashi looked.
The success bash of Daaku Maharaaj has become the talk of the town, but not entirely for the right reasons. The film, starring Urvashi Rautela and Nandamuri Balakrishna as lead actors, has stirred quite a lot of controversy for a viral hook step of the song, Dabidi Dibidi. Now, at the grand success bash of the film, a video of the two recreating the step has created a heated debate among netizens.
Recently, Urvashi Rautela took to her IG handle to share a snippet from the success party of Daaku Maharaj. In the video, she is seen dancing to the viral hook step of Dabidi Dibidi with her 64-year-old co-actor, Nandamuri Balakrishna. In the video, Urvashi was seen in a champagne pink-hued satin saree, keeping her look simple with open hair and small studs. Nandamuri was seen donning a blue shirt with sequinned details, and blue denim pants. It was not long before netizens started pointing out that Urvashi seemed visibly uncomfortable.
The choreography, which had already drawn flak when the song was first released, once again became the centre of attention. The viral step where Balakrishna taps Urvashi’s belly button and pulls her dress angered many fans, with viewers calling the moves inappropriate. When the two actors recreated the scene in the event, users were quick to point out the same. One user wrote, “She clearly looks uncomfortable”, another noted, “I felt bad for her .... She needs to hire a better PR and do good films”.

Another post has been going viral online where Urvashi and Nandamuri were seen sitting side by side in an event when the latter suddenly grabbed Urvashi’s hand while saying something to her. Social media erupted with comments criticising Balakrishna’s behaviour. One Reddit user wrote, “Full predator vibes,” while another said, “She must’ve felt like scrubbing herself clean after that performance.”
However, fans of Balakrishna left supportive comments and celebrated the actor for his unapologetic dance style, justifying his larger-than-life persona over his antics.

A few days ago, Urvashi Rautela sat for an interview with Pinkvilla, where she revealed how it was common in Bollywood and the South film industry for directors to apply 'dark makeup' on her. Urvashi revealed:
"It seems a lot that Urvashi you are very fair. You should tone it down a bit. Make it 10 shades darker, 12 shades darker. If we only talk about Love Dose then Yo Yo Honey Singh told me that Urvashi you should make it completely 10 shades darker."
