Urvashi Rautela opened up about being at the receiving end of constant trolling and criticism over various aspects of her life and remarked how she deals with it.
Urvashi Rautela is one of the first names that comes to our mind, when we speak about fashionistas in Tinseltown. The talented actress and former Miss Diva has, time and again, enthralled everyone with her oh-so-gorgeous looks, be it during film or song promotions, or even at mega scale events like the Cannes Film Festival. Apart from that, Urvashi has also been a part of several films, including Sanam Re, Hate Story 4, Great Grand Masti, Pagalpanti and others.
Despite her stunning skills and capabilities, it is often that Urvashi Rautela has been a victim of nasty criticism and trolling on the internet. It seems netizens keep on finding fault on either her choice of attire, jewellery or even what she speaks. However, on the contrary, the diva feels she has no time to give to such faceless critics. In an interaction with IANS, Urvashi talked about the same and mentioned:
“Well, the best way to deal with trolling is not to deal with it at all. That’s what I feel. Also, given the kind of busy, hectic schedule that I have, I genuinely have no time to waste and ponder over things that’s not relevant or constructive to me. So there’s no question of feeling trolled when you aren’t even paying attention to it. So yes, that’s how I deal with it.”

Urvashi Rautela turned heads at the red carpet of the 77th Cannes Film Festival 2024. The diva chose to wear a red dramatic gown on the second day of the event, that featured huge sleeves and a sheer corset bodice. While the diva nailed her fashion game on-point, it seems she gathered a lot of unwanted criticism as well, since netizens slammed her for donning an outfit with such low neckline.
Earlier, in an interview with Times Now, Urvashi Rautela recalled a crucial moment of her career, when the legendary actress and former Miss Universe, Sushmita Sen, informed the she couldn’t become a participant in the Miss Universe pageant. Urvashi remembered Sushmita informing her this at 3AM in the night, since she didn’t fit the age limit. In her words:
“When I won Miss Universe India for the first time in 2012, there is an age limit for Miss Universe… Our boss was Donald Trump. The age limit was 18, even I didn’t know that I was 17 after I won. I was 24 days short from the age limit. Sushmita Sen told me that ‘Urvashi, you can’t go…’ At that point, I felt like the biggest loser of my life.”
