Vicky Jain talked about his apparent close equation with Mannara Chopra which bothered his wife, Ankita Lokhande inside the 'BB 17' house.
Vicky Jain has garnered much attention during his stint while participating in the popular reality show, Bigg Boss 17. The businessman, who joined the show with his wife and actress, Ankita Lokhande, left everyone glued to the television screens with his strategic game planning and constant fights with his better half. Not just that, Vicky’s equation with several other contestants of the show had gathered the spotlight, especially since it appeared that he overlooked supporting his wife in many instances on the show.
In an interaction with Pinkvilla, Vicky Jain retrospected various aspects of his life-changing journey while participating in the reality show, Bigg Boss 17. When the businessman was asked about his reaction to the visibly close equation he seemed to have with Mannara Chopra over his wife, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky gave a very well-thought reply. He mentioned how nearly everyone in the BB17 house referred to him as ‘bhai’, and he formed an equation with all the participants within the scope of brotherly affection. In his words:
“Bigg Boss gave me the tagline of Vicky Bhaiya (brother). Since day one, everyone has given me that respect because of my age or how I was with them. So everyone used to call me Vicky Bhaiya, and it started from there.”

Speaking along the same lines, Vicky Jain continued to reveal how people misinterpreted his behaviour with Mannara Chopra as something else. In contrast, he had a good friendship with her and everyone else over 100 days. Adding how the audience misjudged certain scenarios in the wrong way, Vicky said:
“So that was the relationship that I had with people over there. It's just that you live 100 days with them, and you get more close to them. There are people, and we are supposed to talk with them. Only that much is there. When you keep doing that much, there is a question about it. Every coin has two sides. It's either this side or that side. Sometimes things happen, and people want to see the other side.”
During several episodes of Bigg Boss 17, Vicky Jain’s close equation with Mannara Chopra became a bone of conflict between the former and his wife, Ankita Lokhande, who was upset with her husband prioritising someone else than his wife. It led many viewers to wonder if Vicky and Mannara’s friendship had become something deeper that would affect his marriage with Ankita. And now, talking about such a possibility, Vicky Jain stated:
“While talking to if some compliments happen or if something happens due to which people think that there is something, people like seeing that something is there and don't know the backstory. If you think logically, in front of cameras, my wife is present there, are there any chances to happen anything? No possible thoughts about it. It looks like that, but there was nothing like this ever."
