Recently, actor, Vicky Kaushal visited 'The Kapil Sharma Show'. When he was asked about reports of his link-up with Katrina Kaif, his response suggested that something is brewing between them.
Reports of an alleged relationship between Bollywood actor, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have been doing the rounds in the media for quite some time now. Not just that, reports of their engagement had also broken the hearts of a lot of girls. However, later on, the actor's team had cleared it out that it was just a rumour. In fact, Vicky Kaushal is also quite often spotted by the shutterbugs visiting Katrina's apartment.
For the unversed, Katrina Kaif and Masaan actor, Vicky Kaushal’s dating rumours had begun when during an award show, the actor had confessed his crush on the actress. While both were on the stage to present an award, Vicky had taken the opportunity to engage in a healthy flirting and had asked her, "Why don't you find a nice boy like Vicky Kaushal and get married to him?" He had also probed her, saying, "Mujhse Shaadi Karogi?" These gestures of Vicky Kaushal had raised many brows, and everyone had started speculating that something was brewing between the duo.

Recently, Vicky Kaushal graced The Kapil Sharma Show with his presence to promote his upcoming movie, Sardar Udham Singh. During his stint, when the host, Kapil Sharma, showed Vicky a news clipping stating that he had sneakily visited Katrina Kaif to avoid the media, the actor laughed and hid his face in embarrassment. The headline of the clipping read as ''Katrina se milne ke liye media ko yun chakma dete hain Vicky Kaushal. Padosiyon ne kiya bhandafod.''
However, to pacify everyone, Kapil said, ''We don't know how true this story is but they are trying to add fuel to the fire.” On hearing that, the guest of the show, Archana Puran Singh told him that he was also doing the same. Replying to her, Kapil said, ''Main bata raha hu paaji ko yaar, mera bhai hai.'' Screaming out at him, Vicky said, ''Aisa bhai kisi ko na mile bhai.''

On August 18, 2021, the news of Katrina and Vicky's alleged engagement had started doing the rounds and the reports by several media houses had suggested that they had got rokafied in a hush-hush ceremony. However, refuting all the rumours, in an interview with Zoom Entertainment, the spokesperson from Katrina's team had revealed that there had been no roka ceremony. The spokesperson had also said that Katrina was about to leave for Russia for the shoot of Tiger 3.
Rumours of Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal's wedding were rife in the media, and it was speculated that they are about to tie the knot soon. On July 16, 2021, Katrina had turned a year older, and her alleged ex-boyfriend, Salman Khan’s stylist, Ashley Rebello’s wish for her, had sparked the rumours of her weddings. To wish her, Ashley had taken to his IG stories and had shared a picture of Katrina in bridal attire and had written, ''Happy Birthday @Katrinakaif, may this be reality soon” atop it.
