Vidya Balan seemingly moved forward in a crowd while not paying attention to Triptii Dimri at a recent event, and netizens wonder if she gave the cold shoulder to the 'Animal' star.

The actress will be next seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which will also feature Triptii Dimri and Kartik Aaryan in the lead roles. Well, recently, a buzz made rounds among netizens about Vidya giving Triptii the cold shoulder. The gossip began after a video of Vidya and Triptii from an event made rounds on social media.
Recently, a pap page shared a video of Vidya Balan and Triptii Dimri from an event. In the video, Vidya looked stunning in a black-hued glittery co-ord set, including a bralette, flared pants, and a jacket. Triptii, on the other hand, looked gorgeous in a red-hued saree, which she teamed with a strappy blouse. In the video that made rounds on social media, Vidya could be seen moving forward in the crowd, while Triptii was seen flashing a smile looking at the former. Well, Vidya kept moving forward and greeted someone just behind Triptii, and not her. Later, they all shared a moment of chit-chatting and laughing among them, and while Vidya looked at Triptii, she looked sideways.
As soon as the video made rounds on social media, netizens rushed to the comment section and wondered what might have been the reason that Vidya seemingly dodged Triptii. Some of the users supported Vidya and shared how hardworking she had been throughout her career, while Triptii has been getting roles despite the 'less relevant' roles she played in the last few movies.
Few other internet users shared that it could also be a misinterpretation or Vidya might have overlooked Triptii in the crowd. One user wrote, "Tripti did raise her hand to greet Vidya but Vidya approached the next person." Another user commented, "Vidya ne tripti se bt nhi ki." A third user commented, "Maybe they had greeted each other already."

Triptii Dimri had a short and crisp role in Ranbir Kapoor's movie, Animal. While a certain section of the viewers loved her role and started calling her 'New Crush', her bold scenes brought her a whole lot of negativity. In an interview with Ranveer Allahabadia, Triptii said that after she did Qala and Bulbbul, there had been only good reviews on her, while post Animal, it changed and people were writing nasty things about her. Triptii added that she wasn't able to understand what was happening, and she was focusing on the negativity, which led her to break down in tears a couple of times.
