In a recent interview, Vijay Varma revealed how his mom reacted when she found a wedding picture of him and Alia Bhatt.

Now, during an interview, the actor gave a sneak peek into his sea-facing apartment and shared a ROFL anecdote about a wedding picture of Alia and him at his home.
During a recent interview with The Quint, Vijay Varma provided some glimpses of his sea-facing apartment in Mumbai. He also flaunted the corners, where he keeps the gifts that he receives from his friends. However, what grabbed all the attention was the corner of Vijay's home that featured a picture of him and Alia Bhatt, where both could be seen dressed in wedding outfits. Now talking about the same picture, Vijay revealed that the picture is from the set of Darlings and is photoshopped. He also shared a funny anecdote about the same picture. Vijay revealed that his mother freaked out after seeing such a picture, as she thought that Vijay had gotten married. Sharing the details, Vijay mentioned:
"This is a wedding picture of me and Alia Bhatt from Darlings set. It’s photoshop, we didn’t shoot this. My mother, she freaked out, she was like ‘shaadi kar li tune?’ It was a practical joke on her."

In the same interview, Vijay Varma shared his experience of working with Alia Bhatt. Heaping praise on his co-star, Alia, Vijay called her 'competent' and shared that she is extremely sincere and professional. Elaborating on the same, the actor then shared that Alia is one of those actors who brings something new for each take. Vijay Varma mentioned:
"Very easy to work with, extremely sincere and professional. She is one of those actors who wouldn't do the same thing, so it's always something new that she brings in each take, so you are playing along. There's a lot of feeding off from each other, so she's really competent and she's the finest we have."
Talking about Vijay Varma's personal life, the actor has been speculated to be dating actress, Tamannaah Bhatia. The actress recently addressed the speculations and confirmed the same. She called Vijay her happy place and also shared that their relationship began on the sets of Lust Stories 2 “organically". Heaping praises on her beau, Tamannaah added that Vijay is someone for whom she cares deeply. She further added that she and Vijay are very simple and basic people and share a friendly bond. Sharing the tidbits from their relationship, Tamannaah then revealed that she and Vijay respect each other's work, and the latter lets her be herself, which actually strengthens their bond.

On the other hand, in an interaction with Janice Sequeira for her YouTube channel, Vijay Varma was asked about the same. Vijay shared that people talk about it when the right time comes, but in the same conversation, Vijay also mentioned that there’s a lot of love in his life right now and he is happy.
