The actor, in a chat with Youtube channel Unfiltered by Samdish, had shared that his brother's name was Moin and he had accepted Islam at the age of 17. This was a very big step. His parents did not stop him from doing this even once. However, his relatives had objected. However, Vikrant's parents had given Moin the choice to make his own decisions. The actor had also said, that he had seen his family follow different religions. In his words:
"My father is Christian and my mother is Sikh. So since childhood I have seen people following different religions in my house. In such a situation, I was deeply thinking that what is religion? I have seen debates about this religion since childhood. Then I realized that all these are made by humans.''
Vikrant Massey's political thriller will show the terrible incident that took place in the Sabarmati Express near Godhra railway station in the state of Gujarat. It would showcase fans of the actor's unheard truths that have never been made public about the Godhra incident.
