It also has a sleep coach feature, which tells about the amount of sleep required for the body to perform at its best capacity.
Whoop is a subscription-based fitness tracker band, the WHOOP 4.0 enables tracking of heart rate, variability, temperature, respiration rate, blood oxygen level, calorie expenditure, and more. According to the company, the band gathers such data 100 times per second. It is priced at USD 239 with a 12-month subscription. However, it is unavailable in India. The monthly subscription fee is USD 30 and includes access to the WHOOP app on desktop, IOS and Android.
