The man who is known for his fierce voice and distinct music style, Vishal Dadlani just got a bit honest about his personal life and equation with his wife, Priyali which had been under scrutiny for long. Over the last few months, rumours about Vishal and Priyali’s marriage hitting the rocks were in the news but there was no confirmation from Vishal or Priyali.

The Bollywood singer-composer put all the speculations about his strained relationship with his wife to an end when he released an official statement to entertainment portal MissMalini, confirming his divorce.
Yes, Vishal Dadlani and his wife, Priyali who had been married for quite a few years are ending their marriage. Not much is known about the reason of the divorce or who initiated the process, but what we can make out from the statement is that Vishal wants to keep things graceful.

While speaking to the entertainment portal, Vishal said:
“After several years of living separately, Priyali and I are officially filing for divorce. This is the only statement either of us wishes to make, as this is a private and personal matter, and we hope it will be respected as such.”

While most couples lose their basic equation when going through divorce, Vishal had different thoughts on this.
The singer said:
“Over our time apart, we have become perhaps greater friends than we have ever been before.”
Being best friends with your ex-spouse despite officially calling it quits is quite rare these days and we are happy for Vishal and Priyali.
Speaking about their families and how they reacted, Vishal said:
“Both our families are extremely close, to us and to each other, and of course, this will remain so. Our private lives have always been extremely personal to us, so we humbly ask for dignity and privacy in this regard. Thank you”.
