Tamil actor, Vishnu Vishal decided to call it off with wife, Rajini on November 13, 2018, leaving his fans in utter shock. The actor, who had never talked about the real reason behind their divorce, later, revealed how the phrase ‘You’ve changed’ came into their life and changed things forever. Post his divorce, the actor was in depression and it took him a while to come out of it. Now, the actor is in a relationship with famous badminton player, Jwala Gutta and they often share their PDA moments on their respective social media handles. Recently, in an interview with India Today, Vishnu Vishal talked about his divorce with Rajini, and relationship with Jwala Gutta.
On April 11, 2020, in an interview with India Today, Vishnu Vishal talked about how a section of people pass insensitive comments whenever he posts pictures with girlfriend, Jwala Gutta. He also talked about how people blamed his alleged relationship with actress, Amala Paul behind his separation with ex-wife, Rajini. Vishnu said, "What hurts me is, people, start assuming things and start commenting about one’s life without even realising the truth. When I post pictures of Jwala or when she does, a section of people manipulate things and pass insensitive comments. Some say that I got separated from my wife because of Jwala Gutta and another say that I was in a relationship with Amala Paul during the time of Raatchasan. I can’t prove them wrong by revealing the actual reason for my separation, as its something personal."
Vishnu Vishal also talked if he and Jwala will be tying the knot soon, and said, "Frankly speaking, there is no space for love in my heart. To me, love is all about marriage and that chapter is over. Mine was a love marriage and we were together for almost 11 years. It’s definitely not easy to forget those moments. But I believe in companionship for life. I am a strong believer in that. As days pass by, you need someone to share your happiness and sorrows with. After my separation, I met Jwala and started spending a lot of time with her. She is a very positive person and that’s what I like about her. She had also gone through a separation in life. While Vishnu Vishal has said that the chapter of marriage is over for him, on March 31, 2020, in an interview with ABN Andhrajyothi, Jwala had confirmed being in a relationship with South actor, Vishnu Vishal, and had also talked about her marriage plans. She had revealed that marriage is on the cards and once all the arrangements are in place, the couple will make an official announcement.
