Safe time to make love

The first 7 days after your periods and the last 7 days before your periods are the safest time to make love. The chances of getting pregnant are very low during these days. If you are one of those who consider yourself to be super fertile then you can also opt for the methods below

Today there are different kinds of birth control pills like Mala-D, Choice, etc available in the market. You can opt for one of these brands as they are safe to use and once you plan to start a family you can discontinue the same.
