However, there was a time when the rumours mills were abuzz with the news of her dating Band Baja Baaraat actor, Ranveer Singh. While no one ever confirmed their linkup, it was quite evident in their numerous public appearances. After a few years of dating, they had parted ways but maintained a cordial relationship.
A glimpse of their dignified relationship was spotted when Ranveer Singh had invited Anushka Sharma for his grand wedding reception with Deepika Padukone in Mumbai. Talking about the same in a media interaction, the actor had said that he was happy that Anushka was present there and truly wished him good luck.
