Bollywood actress, Yami Gautam believes in simple living and high thinking. The gorgeousness doesn't follow social media trends and believes in keeping her personal life away from the media glares. And she found a similar school of thought in her husband, Aditya Dhar. In the world of social media, where pregnancy announcements are cool, Yami and Aditya gracefully announced the arrival of their first child during the trailer launch event of their upcoming film, Article 370.
On February 22, 2024, the mommy-to-be, Yami, arrived in style with her husband, Aditya Dhar, for the premiere of her upcoming film, Article 370. The actress was decked up in a red-hued suit, which featured golden embroidery on the yoke. Yami kept her look traditional with gold kadas and her Kashmiri traditional earrings, Aatheru. She was seen hiding her baby bump with her dupatta. However, her pregnancy glow was unmissable.

Recently, in an interview with News18, Yami Gautam opened up about being over-emotional during pregnancy. She added that during her pregnancy phase, she just wants to be happy, eat well, and be surrounded by her family. She also added that she is currently only thinking about what she wants to eat. Yami was quoted as saying:
"If someone is making me uncomfortable, I’ve all the right to excuse myself. It’s a very special time, and it should be enjoyed in the best possible way. Life is anyway complicated but pregnancy is a blessed time and I don’t want to over-think anything and just concentrate on mujhe kya khaana hai, kya dekhna hai aur kisse baat karni hai."
Yami and Aditya stayed tight-lipped about their pregnancy till the trailer launch of their film, Article 370. It was during the event that Aditya's extra care for Yami raised netizens' eyebrows, and within no time, the ace director revealed that good news was on the way. Aditya confirmed the news by stating that he and Yami are expecting their baby, and in a few months, the world would get to know if it's a 'Lakshmi' or 'Ganesh'.
