Yuvika Chaudhary first time opened up about her IVF journey, and her first reaction on finding out about her pregnancy.
Yuvika Chaudhary and Prince Narula are busy nesting and are all set to welcome their first child. The actress, who often shares her journey on her YouTube channel, recently talked about her IVF journey. Yuvika shared that they opted for IVF treatment due to the ongoing stress level and as they were focusing on their respective careers. It was her first try, and she was successful in it.
In her latest Vlog, Yuvika Chaudhary shared the reason of opting for IVF. She revealed that her husband, Prince Narula was setting up his career and like dutiful wife she wanted to support him in this matter. Yuvika further added that she didn't wanted Prince to feel that he did wrong by getting married as she didn't wanted to force him to start a family.
However, they know with age, time and stress, people find it difficult to conceive, but Prince and Yuvika didn't wanted to take this chance and so they chose this option. While answering a fan question about her reaction on finding out about her pregnancy, Yuvika shared that she didn't felt the symptoms as she was already tired from freezing her eggs four times. She did the process four times, which left her extremely tired. She said:
"Intially, I was blank because yeh mera first try hi tha IVF ka, embroy transfer ke baad first time. Iske pehle mai ne egg freezing krayi thi jisse mai itna jada tired ho chuki thi. Atleast four times mai ne egg freeze kraye toh us journey mein itna tired hogyi thi."
Yuvika further added how the egg freezing process is similar to pregnancy. She had seen it so much that when she actually got pregnancy, she was left blank. She was quoted as saying:
"Because process is same, ap her baar jab egg freezing ke liye tablets lete ho injection lete ho, toh apki body into transfer ho jati hai as if you are pregnant. Toh us phase ko mai ne itna dekh liya tha. Ki mai practical hogayi thi ki jab meri pregnancy ka time aaya, ki I couldn't believe jab time aaya, 'Are you sure', I was asking Prince."
Yuvika added that Prince had given his phone number during blood test, so he wanted to know it first. So, when the result came to Prince's phone, he surprised her and she was blank for sometime and then started crying. In the same Vlog, Yuvika shared that she can deliver her baby anytime now.
Recently, in an interview with Paras Chhabra, Prince Narula shared the pregnancy story of his wife, Yuvika. When Paras asked if they had a natural pregnancy, Prince revealed that they had got Yuvika's egg frozen two years ago. Talking about it, Prince added that at this time, there is a lot of stress, and women also go through the same, which affects their egg quality, and the same is the case with men.
Prince further added that they made the decision of freezing Yuvika's eggs because they wanted to work, but they also were worried about the biological clock ticking. So, they decided to get her eggs froze, so that they could get pregnant whenever they felt like. Prince was quoted as saying:
"Girls ka bhi ek age ke baad eggs banne bahut kam rahe jate hai aur ladko ka bhi jo sperm hai uski quality kam ho jati hai, or jo smokers hai unke liye toh khas kar. Toh jab humne advice li toh humne decide kra hume krna chahiye, it is a good time, mujhe bhi kaam karna hai apko bhi kaam krna hai."
