Is Yuzvendra Chahal all set to appear in the 'Bigg Boss 18' house amid divorce murmurs with Dhanashree Verma?
Indian cricketer, Yuzvendra Chahal and his wife, Dhanashree Verma, are hogging the limelight because of their alleged divorce rumours. From Yuzi deleting his pictures with Dhanashree from his Instagram feed to the pair unfollowing each other on social media, their alleged personal problems are out in the public. Amid all this, there are reports that Yuzvendra will be appearing on Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 18 show.
A report by ETimes revealed that Yuzvendra and cricketer Shreyas Iyer would be coming on Bigg Boss 18's upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode. Yuzi is all set to play for Preity Zinta's 'Kings Punjab' with Shreyas Iyer and Shashank Singh before IPL 2025 begins. The report said that Yuzi, with Shreyas and Shashank Singh, will appear on the Sunday episode. A lot of fun is expected to take place. A source close to the publication also revealed that Rasha, Raveena Tandon, and Aaman Devgan would be coming to the show to promote their movie, Azaad. Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment couple, Krushna Abhishek and Kashmera Shah would also add a dash of comedy to the sets of the show.
It was in 2020 when Yuzi and Dhanashree tied the knot and had a lavish affair. The couple used to always show off their PDA on social media feeds and had a dedicated fanbase until reported turmoil arose in their life. Reportedly, the pair have been staying separately for months, and the divorce seems inevitable, although the reasons have not been revealed. Yuzi, who has been maintaining a stoic silence over the same, recently shared a thought-provoking post on silence. He quoted Socrates and left fans puzzled. His story read:
“Silence is a profound melody, for those who can hear it above all the noise”.
On January 4, 2024, the cricketer posted the first cryptic note on his Instagram story that spoke about how hard work spotlights people's character. His note spoke about his journey, dedication and pain he underwent, as it read:
"You know what all you have done to reach here. The world knows. You stand tall. You have worked with all your sweat to make your father and your mother proud. Keep standing tall like a proud son always.”
Going through the social media posts, Yuzi has deleted all memories of Dhanashree, but she has not removed any pictures or videos with him. The choreographer actress took to her Instagram story on January 8, 2024, to slam trolls that have damaged her character and have also assassinated the same. Her emotional note read:
"The past few days have been incredibly tough for my family and me. What's truly upsetting is the baseless writing, devoid of fact-checking, and the character assassination of my reputation by faceless trolls spreading hate (sic)."
