Katrina Kaif entered the entertainment industry when she was in her teens. But now, looking, we can notice a drastic transformation in the facial features of the actress. Cosmetologist, Sikha Sanghvi, in one of her videos, broke down all the possible surgeries and fillers Katrina Kaif has undergone to attain her look. She stated that Katrina got her cheeks plumped by flippers and narrowed her chin via a masseter slimming Botox.

Sikha Sanghvi added that ageing also played a vital part in Katrina's changed facial features as her nasolabial fold enhanced and marionette lines appeared. However, Katrina's smile has completely transformed over the years, and the reason is her cheek fillers, because of which her eyes now look smaller when she smiles. Sikha added that Katrina's nose and cupid bow have also been altered to attain the perfect sunset look.
