Aayush Sharma and Arpita Khan are undoubtedly, one of the most-loved couples in Tinseltown. The duo never fail to paint the world red with their maddening romance and chemistry. While they indeed are a picture-perfect jodi, there are times when the two of them take stand as each other’s biggest pillars of strength. Additionally, Arpita and Aayush occasionally reveal some special anecdotes about one another, which leaves their fans gushing over them.
In a recent interview with ETimes, Aayush Sharma disclosed what goes behind a family vacation in his home, especially considering the duties he splits with his wife, Arpita Khan. The actor, who recently embarked on a getaway to Japan with his family, revealed that his wife takes over the duties of booking flights and hotels, and shortlisting cities and dates of the visit when they plan a trip. Speaking about himself, Aayush mentioned that he, on the contrary, researches online and digs out old maps of the cities to study and plan an itinerary. In his words:
“Arpita is a master of planning and coordination and is a big travel enthusiast. So, she decides on the flights, cities, dates and hotels. My strength lies in researching online about what to do in the city. I love to read maps of cities, so I plan the daily routine and look for the tourist places we can visit.”

Moving on with his recollections, Aayush Sharma mentioned that unlike his wife, who isn’t an early riser, he prefers to research a lot ahead of their day and gather information about the various tourist spots beforehand. However, he mentioned that his wife, Arpita, on the other hand, has the best knowledge of shopping streets, new restaurants and more about the place that they visit. He added:
“Sometimes, I do the recce of the tourist spots before I take them there. I am an early riser so I have enough time to research about the city. Arpita doesn’t like to read a lot and I love to read and observe a city’s culture and history. Whereas, she loves trying new restaurants and best shopping streets. So I update her about the culture of the city whereas she makes me try new cuisines and enhances my food palette.”
Despite the amount of love they share for one another, it is often that Aayush Sharma and Arpita Khan fall prey to baseless rumours about themselves. For instance, sometime back, speculations were on the go that the actor might divorce his wife. However, in an interview with News18 Showsha, he remembered dealing with such incorrect reports, and added how the two of them simply had a good laugh over the matter back home.

Previously, in an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Aayush Sharma dismissed news about him taking a hefty dowry in terms of expensive cars and other luxury items in order to marry Arpita Khan. He mentioned:
“Social media decided a lot of the things for me. I remember when I was getting married some said that I got a diamond-studded sherwani as a gift. I still haven’t gotten that sherwani. Some said I got Bentley in dowry. Where is that Bentley? Not that I want it.”
