Salman Khan's brother-in-law, Aayush Sharma entered Bollywood in 2018 with the film, Loveyatri. Afterwards, he was also seen in the films, Antim: The Final Truth alongside his brother-in-law, Salman Khan, and Ruslaan co-starring Sushrii Shreya Mishraa, Jagapathi Babu and Vidya Malvade. Coming to his personal life, he is married to Arpita Khan and together, they are blessed with two cute kids.
Once, Aayush Sharma graced Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiya’s podcast for their YouTube channel. During his conversation, the three of them talked about an array of topics. Among them, he revealed his parents, Anil Sharma and Sunita Sharma's honest reactions when he expressed his wish to marry Salman Khan's sister, Arpita Khan. For the uninitiated, Aayush was just 24 years old at that time and working hard to make his place in the industry.

Thus, Aayush's parents got concerned about his decision to marry Arpita at that time. Recalling his parents' concerns, he mentioned how his father asked him, “You don’t work, you’re not earning money, and yet you want to marry a girl who comes from a wealthy family. How will you manage her expenses?” They were undoubtedly taken aback by his desire for marriage even when he was unemployed. After this, Aayush asked his father for financial help, but the latter declined due to his apprehensions.
Moreover, Aayush revealed that his mother was concerned about whether the two families would gel with one another. On the other hand, his father had soon accepted Arpita as his daughter-in-law when he had introduced them to her and her family. The actor mentioned that soon after the meeting, his parents were very moved by the values of the Khan family, and gradually, they became fond of one another.

In another segment of the podcast, Aayush revealed how his parents were assured by Salman Khan post their initial concerns about the former's decision to marry. Aayush recalled that upon meeting the Bollywood superstar, Salman, his mother remarked, "Yeh to bohot good looking hai." Afterwards, when Aayush's father asked his ladylove, Arpita if she would be comfortable leaving Bandra and moving to Mandi, Salman jumped into the conversation and sincerely replied. Salman assured that Arpita would follow Aayush wherever he will go, and this was the ice-breaker in case of the booming actor's parents' decision.
For the uninitiated, Aayush and Arpita met for the first time at a mutual friends' party in Mumbai in 2011. Following this, they formed a friendship, which gradually turned into love, and they got married in 2014 at a grand wedding in Hyderabad.
