Abhishek Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan are the cutest father-son duo. In several interviews, Amitabh Bachchan often shared his father, Shri Harivansh Rai Bachchan, who preached that when his son starts wearing his slippers, he should befriend him. Taking a dig at the same, Abhishek Bachchan taunted Amitabh Bachchan for stealing his clothes and shoes.
Recently, Abhishek Bachchan will be appearing on Kaun Banega Crorepati 16. During one segment, Abhishek took a playful dig at his father, Amitabh Bachchan, for stealing his clothes from his wardrobe. Abhishek reminded Amitabh about his father's advice to treat his son like a friend when he started wearing his slippers. He said:

"Dadaji ne apse kaha tha jis din apke bete apke joote mein fit ho jayege vo apke bete nahi apke mitar ban jayege. Mai ne kaha meri toh chandi hogayi inke saare joote mein pehan lunga."
Further, Abhishek Bachchan asked Amitabh Bachchan what would happen if a father started wearing his son's clothes, from hoodies to shocks and shoes, and what he would become. Meanwhile, Amitabh knew Abhishek was taking a dig at him for stealing his clothes. Abhishek even asked Amitabh about the shoes he was wearing that day and whom it belonged. He said:
"Main bhi apse ek sawal puchna chahta hoon. Jis din apke pitaji apke hoodie, jeans, socks sab kuch pehna shuru krde toh vo mere kya ban jayege. Yeh bahut hi ache joote pehane hai apne kiske hai?"
Amitabh cutely replied that it was something small that he owned and that he should not make fun of it. The father-son banter left the audience laughing out loud. It also shows the amount of love Amitabh and Abhishek share with each other.
