Aditya Roy Kapur is one of the most popular actors amongst the current generation of stars in Bollywood. The hunk is known for his terrific acting chops and handsome looks, which is mere capable of making the women go weak in their knees. The actor was last seen in the hit series, The Night Manager, which received an overwhelming response. And now, the actor opened up about feeling critical about his physique and looks, despite being complimented for the same.
In a recent interview with ETimes, Aditya Roy Kapur opened up about feeling critical about his physique and looks. The dashing actor mentioned that while he may appear to be fit all the time, the reality is not the same. Aditya added that he has a lot of self-doubt at times, and is very critical of himself. Mentioning how he has days when he does not feel good about himself and considers himself unattractive. In his words:

“We are all so critical of ourselves and we constantly feel... oh, I am fat, oh, I am this, I am that when actually others feel that you are looking just fine. So, it is all about perspective, right? I am like anybody else. I have my days when I don’t feel good about myself or feel unattractive. I don’t have a six-pack all the time. I will get bored looking at a certain type all the time.”

For the unversed, Aditya has been frequently hitting the headlines, ever since rumours about him dating Ananya Panday surfaced in the media. Moreover, their viral yet mushy pictures from their vacation together fuelled the fire of the rumours. In a previous interview with ETimes, Aditya spoke along the same lines and revealed if marriage is on the cards for him anytime soon. The actor revealed:
“I think we should let it remain a topic of discussion. As long as it is being discussed it is a good thing. Conjecture is good, let things flow naturally.”
In the same interview, Aditya mentioned that seeing so many of his contemporaries getting married, if he ever felt left out. However, in a hilarious and witty response, Aditya mentioned that instead of feeling FOMO, he felt JOMO (joy of missing out). Moreover, he added that he is not losing his sleep over thoughts of his probable marriage.

During one of his media interactions, Aditya Roy Kapur was asked about the type of compliment he appreciates and likes to give to someone else. The actor said that it's always wonderful to be complimented on someone's attributes, and added that if someone is told that they are a positive influence on someone else or bring happiness to others, he feels it's nice and appreciates it more than compliments on his looks.
