Now, we learned about a lovely interaction between the lovebirds during their dating phase.
Recently, a popular influencer, who primarily works as a copywriter, named Adman Freddy Birdy opened up about a sweet incident regarding Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma. Recalling his interesting incident of meeting the actress, Freddy revealed that Anushka was single at that time and used to live in a penthouse apartment. However, rumours about her relationship with Virat were rife in the media. Thus, when Freddy was going for the interview, his excited cab driver asked him to quizz Anushka about the same.

Freddy then went on to explain how Anushka was utterly gorgeous and completely unpretentious and praised her immensely, mentioning how she was funny, relaxed, and talkative in the nicest way. Thus, after a while, he decided to ask her about the rumour of her dating Virat. However, at this time, the actress pretended to know nothing about the question as per Freddy, and so he too, let the matter go. But following this, Anushka got a call, and Freddy was absolutely sure it was none other than Virat. Elaborating more about the same, Freddy penned:
"But then a couple of minutes later her mobile phone rang, and in the utter silence of the room I could hear the person at the other end flirting in the nicest way and making dinner plans with her and I could tell that it was Virat Kohli."
For the unversed, Virat and Anushka could successfully keep their dating rumours under the wraps. Even after tying the knot and becoming parents, the duo opted for a 'no-picture' policy for their kids, Vamika and Akaay. Talking about the same, and mentioning how he reacted upon being asked by the driver regarding the actress' dating rumours with the cricketer post the interview, Freddy added:
"Today of course Virat Kohli is a national and world champion. They have a most lovely marriage and two children. And I think they have managed to carve out a personal happy and very private space for themselves, far away from the media spotlight. But I can still remember me, coming back to my car, and my driver asking me if she said anything about Virat Kohli, and although I was smiling in my head, I told him, 'No'."
Despite being sure of the romance brewing between Anushka and Virat, Freddy preferred to maintain their privacy. Indeed, it won Anushka's heart. Thus, when he recalled the same incident and penned about it in his recent post, Anushka reacted. She dropped heart and hug emojis in the comment section of the post.
