Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan's daughter, Shweta Bachchan and her darling husband, Nikhil Nanda are blessed with two wonderful kids, Navya Naveli Nanda and Agastya Nanda. While Navya has made a niche for herself with her entrepreneurial skills, Agastya is all set to make his acting debut with Zoya Akhtar’s upcoming film, The Archies, co-starring Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Mihir Ahuja, Dot, Yuvraj Menda and Vedang Raina. Recently, as Agastya graced an event along with his co-stars, he opened up about his role in the film and also revealed an unmissable anecdote related to his sister, Navya.
On October 4, 2023, Agastya Nanda graced the India Today Conclave in Mumbai. During a candid chat over there, the 22-year-old was asked why he doesn't have an Instagram account. To this, the booming actor replied that he lacks Instagram skills. However, praising his sibling, Navya Naveli Nanda and calling her his 'greatest PR', Agastya mentioned that the entrepreneur posts whatever her brother needs. However, Agastya mentioned having a secret Instagram profile mainly to watch reels. Agastya said:

"I'm just not good with Instagram personally, but never say never. Plus, my sister is my greatest PR. She posts everything that I need."

Navya Naveli Nanda and Agastya Nanda share a beautiful bond and never miss a chance to open up about their relationship on public platforms. In addition, Navya also never minces her words and speaks her mind to perfection. Earlier, in a conversation with SheThePeople, Navya narrated how her mother, Shweta Bachchan used to ask her to take care of the guests instead of her brother, Agastya Nanda. In Navya's words:
“I’ve seen it happen at home where if we have any guests over, my mother will always say just go and get this or go and get that and I have to play the host as opposed to my brother, who could also be doing the same thing.”
Further, Navya mentioned that the way the responsibility to learn how to run home or be a host has been put on daughters instead of sons from time immemorial. She also mentioned that this kind of behaviour inside the home makes every woman believe she must look after her house. She added:

“So I think specially in homes where you live with joint families, that responsibility of learning how to run the house or learning how to take care of guests or learning how to play host is always somehow put on the daughter. And I have never seen that importance being given to my brother or a younger boy in the house. I think that itself is ingraining women into believing that it’s our responsibility to look after the house.”

On the occasion of Bhai Dooj, Navya Naveli Nanda took to her Instagram stories and shared an adorable childhood picture with her brother, Agastya Nanda. In the throwback picture, we could see Agastya kissing Navya on her cheek. Agastya was seen wearing a t-shirt, with the image of the famous cartoon character, Popeye The Sailor Man, whereas Navya looked adorable in a white top with a silver heart printed on it. Atop the picture, Navya wrote, "Bhai Dooj" in Hindi.
