Agneepath is considered as one of the finest remakes ever made in the history of Hindi cinema. The original film by the same title was released back in 1990. Mukul S. Anand directed the original film, and it is widely remembered for Amitabh Bachchan's excellence as an actor. After 22 years, Hiroo Yash Johar and Karan Johar came together and decided to make Agneepath under Dharma Productions. Karan Malhotra directed the film with Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Rishi Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Om Puri, and Zarina Wahab in major roles.

For the uninitiated, Agneepath's dialogues were penned by the critically acclaimed actor and writer, Piyush Mishra. The film's music was composed by the iconic composer duo, Ajay Ashok Gogavale and Atul Ashok Gogavale. Bollywood diva, Katrina Kaif's iconic item number, Chikni Chameli also became a sensation back in 2012 and played a crucial role in creating massive buzz for the film across India. Agneepath was a hit and collected around Rs. 190 crore at the global box office, and in India, the film touched the mark of Rs. 115 crore.

Despite Hrithik Roshan, Sanjay Dutt, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Rishi Kapoor playing major characters in Agneepath, a 15-year-old girl managed to make her mark in the film. Yes! We are talking about Kanika Tiwari, who played the character of Hrithik Roshan's onscreen sister, 'Shiksha Chauhan' in Agneepath.

Interestingly, Agneepath was Kanika Tiwari's debut film, but she looked natural on the big screen and stunned everyone with her acting skills.
