Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, the epitome of gorgeousness, never skips a chance to send everyone into a collective meltdown with her beauty and grace. Recently, she walked the ramp of Paris Fashion Week, and while everyone was criticising her look, the actress proved why she is an OG by paying no heed to the wardrobe malfunction on the stage and walking the ramp with utmost grace. Over the years, Aishwarya's fashion sense was criticised, and the actress recently talked about the same.
In a recent interview with the IANS, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was asked to define her fashion. To this, the actress revealed that she would like to call her fashion sense effortless. She also added that for her, keeping it comfortable, real, and effortless is more important than anything else. She also added that she takes fashion as an art, which, according to the actress, can evoke all kinds of responses. The actress added that it's all about the designers she worked with, and they all are her acquaintances. In Aishwarya's words:
"Well... effortless, I would say that's extremely important, I think, for it to be effortless, for it to be comfortable and keep real that's what's most important for me. I really look at it as art and I think it's (an) art to be enjoyed and it can evoke all kinds of, you know, responses. And that's what it should be... And it's really all about designers. Most of the people that I have worked with are friends, you know."
In the same interview, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan revealed that sometimes she has a strong sense of herself in her fashion, while most of the time, it's the designers' creativity. The actress added that she always goes with the flow, and it's her motto. Aishwarya added that she keeps it natural and real, as she focuses on comfort and leisure. Aishwarya can be quoted as saying:
"There is sometimes a strong sense of me in my fashion, which the world can see... And then there's sometimes where it's a complete flight of their creativity. And I obviously go with the flow. And, you know, it was always about comfort and leisure. And I kind of, so that's why obviously, that's also the natural real moment. That's the way I keep it, I keep it real."
Going further in the interview, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan talked about the airport looks. For the unversed, the actress' similar airport looks over the years have grabbed a whole lot of mockery. While the actress never paid any attention to the same, in the interview, Aishwarya mentioned that if it's for the airport, the fashion statement should always be simple, and it depends on the comfort and practicality of the moment. She also added that she would never ever go to an airport like it's a runway, just like some people have done it. In Aishwarya's words:
"Something as simple as going to the airport…When originally people were like… It's always been about the comfort and the practicality of the moment, the traffic, the kids, when the kid was small and at that point in time, people at the airport were going like it's a runway. I mean, that's something which I would never do."
For the Paris Fashion Week, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan looked gorgeous as she slipped into a red-hued bubble hem gown. The actress kept her makeup game on point and opted for bold eyeliners, and dark-toned lipstick, along with a middle-parted wavy hairstyle. She ditched any jewellery and wore only her Vanki ring to finalise her look. Well, while her look was getting criticised by the fashion police, a video surfaced online, which proves why the actress is hailed as 'OG'.
