Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's Car Accident: Actress Wasn't In The Car When It Crashed With The Bus

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan left her friends and fans in shock when a video of her car crashing with a bus made rounds. Soon, fans wondered if the actress was okay. However, the video didn't show much, but her millions of lovers were praying for the actress's well-being. Amidst it, a source close to Aishwarya Rai gave an update on the whole accident. 

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's close source revealed she is fine

According to a report by India Today, a source close to the actress revealed that the actress is doing absolutely fine. The source further clarified that it was just a small mishap and no real damage occurred. Putting all the murmurs to rest, the source stated:

"People close to the actor have confirmed that she is absolutely fine and there was no 'accident'."

On March 26, 2025, a paparazzo's Instagram page shared a video of the actress' car being hit by a huge red bus. There was a lot of chaos on the road, and her bodyguards were out of the vehicle. However, the car didn't have any serious damage on the car. After some discussion, Aishwarya's car took off. 

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's personal life

 A while ago, reports of Aishwarya Rai Bachchna's personal life hitting a rough patch went viral in the media. From Abhishek Bachchan having affair with Nimrat Kaur to actress dropping her husband's surname, a lot of assumptions and controversies were made. However, the couple dismissed it all without uttering a word, and just by their actions. 

The two were spotted arriving as a couple at Ashutosh Gwarikar's son's wedding. While Abhishek Bachchan looked dapper in a cream-toned sherwani with a maroon-toned pocket square and embellished buttons. On the other hand, Aishwarya looked extremely pretty in a cream-hued chikankari suit with golden hand embroidery and a matching dupatta. Aishwarya dolled up in soft, subtle makeup with maroon-toned lipstick that added a pop of colour. Her pin-straight hair made her look just on point. In another photo, Aishwarya was seen posing with Ashutosh. 

We also spotted Jaya Bachchan arriving on stage to give her blessings to the bride and the groom. She even posed for the picture, and while we can see Abhishek in the group picture, Aishwarya chose to avoid getting clicked with her mother-in-law, which shows that not all is seemingly okay between the two.

Not only this, when reports were rife that Aishwarya has dropped Abhishek's surname from her name, she again dismissed the claims by a joint appearance at the wedding. On December 5, 2024, Abhishek and Aishwarya marked their presence at the famous Radiologist Dr Bhujang Pai and philanthropist Sangeetha Pai's daughter, Shwetha Pai. The gorgeousness got married to Badal Thukral in a star-studded wedding reception. For the bash, Abhishek and Aishwarya twinned in black-hued ensembles.
