Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta will be pronounced husband and wife anytime soon today on March 09, 2019. The guests and the entire Ambani entourage have arrived at the Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai. In fact, we just brought to you the first picture of the groom, Akash Ambani from the wedding venue with his family.
The reason that the Ambanis are the richest family in India today, and why Akash and Shloka's wedding is the much-hyped wedding of 2019 is all because of the hardwork of Akash's grandfather- late Dhirubhai Ambani who laid the foundation of the entire Reliance parivaar during his days. And ahead of his wedding, Akash Ambani could not have carried forward with any rituals without seeking blessings of his grandfather. Take a look at Akash doing puja to the portrait of Dhirubhai Ambani:
Speaking of Dhirubhai Ambani, it must be noted here that a few days ago, Nita Ambani inaugurated the Dhirubhai Ambani Square at Jio World Centre in Bandra. It is a part of Jio World Centre, a world-class, multi-use facility, which is a shared goal of Reliance Industries Ltd. and MMRDA (Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority) to create the largest and best global convention facilities and services in India. Check out the pictures from the event below:
Nita ji talked about this initiative. She said to the media, “The Dhirubhai Ambani Square and the Jio World Centre fulfil the vision of a great son of India, who believed that India has the potential to achieve global excellence in every area of nation-building.”

When the Jio World Centre opens towards the end of this year, it will be a place where people will get together, to appreciate art, to exchange ideas, to celebrate culture, and to soak in the heritage and vibrancy of our great city!”
She had further added, “We are delighted to be able to share our joy with and receive the blessings of, thousands of children and senior citizens from across the city. The special musical fountain programme at the Dhirubhai Ambani Square is a dedication to the vibrant spirit of Mumbai and we look forward to presenting several shows post the wedding to the people who make us proud every day − our police, our military and para-military forces, our firemen, our BMC workers, and many others who keep this great city safe and going 24x7.” (Also Read: First Pictures And Videos Of Decor From Inside The Venue Of Akash Ambani-Shloka Mehta's Wedding)
