Nita and Mukesh Ambani, after hosting a grand birthday for Salman Khan in Jamnagar, have ringed in 2025 with style and sass. The Ambani's have been in Jamnagar for a while, and private pictures from their uber-luxurious New Year celebrations in Jamnagar have surfaced on social media. However, choti bahu, Radhika Merchant's pictures, along with her father-in-law, Mukesh Ambani, and sister-in-laws, Isha Ambani and Shloka Mehta, have not yet surfaced.
A set of three pictures from Jamnagar have surfaced on Instagram. Anant Ambani looked dapper in a black jacket, jeans and white sneakers. On the other hand, Akash Ambani wore a black shirt, jeans, and white shoes. They were seen posing with entrepreneur, Bharat J Mehra. Nita Ambani looked resplendent in a lilac floor-length Indo-western outfit she had teamed up with a shawl-like dupatta. In another picture, Akash Ambani is seen holding Bharat's cheeks, and the candid picture was all things cute. Talking about the ambience, it looked like the celebrations happened at a grand open ground.
Different food counters had menus ranging from an array of cuisines. Comfortable seating arrangements with cushions were made. There were brown wooden armchairs with white pillows, along with an array of light decorations. There was also a video doing rounds, where Nita Ambani was spotted on December 31, 2024, at Reliance Township, Jamnagar. It looked like she had initially celebrated New Year out there as everyone wished her a happy new year.
The Reliance Foundation chairperson, Nita Ambani, gave a speech at the Reliance Family Day programme at Jamnagar on December 31, 2024. She has a strong and deep affection for Jamnagar, and she called it Ambani Parivaar's "happy place". Mukesh Ambani, Isha Ambani, Akash Ambani, and Anant Ambani applauded her as they had also joined the stage. In her speech, Nita said:
"Jamnagar is our happy place. It is a land of dreams where human imagination meets nature's lessons.”

The Ambani family have a deep-rooted connection with Jamnagar. It symbolises their love for their roots and their rich legacy. Nita Ambani's youngest son, Anant married Radhika Merchant on July 12, 2024. Before their marriage, the Ambani family had started constructing new temples in Gujarat's Jamnagar. Nita had also visited the temple complex and personally talked to the artisans and sculptors about their impressive work.
Anant and Radhika's pre-wedding festivities took place from March 1, 2024, to March 3, 2024, in Jamnagar. The three-day celebrations reportedly cost Rs. 1260 Crore. Celebrity guests included Rihanna, Bill Gates, Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and many more. For March 1, 2024, functions, the theme was around "An Evening in Neverland", where the guests wore top-notch cocktail outfits. On 2nd March 2024, the theme was art inspired by India, and the Ambani's hosted 'A Walk on the Wildside'. 'Jungle fever' was the dress code. The evening was followed by an opulent carnival.
