Recently, an old video of Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone from Koffee With Karan surfaced online. In the video, Karan asked Alia to choose between her cat and Ranbir Kapoor. To this, Alia remained shocked and tried to justify. Well, it was Deepika who interrupted and told Alia, 'No, no, can't justify'. Alia then stated that as she had been with her cats for several years, so she would like to choose Ranbir now.

As soon as the video surfaced online, netizens started reacting to it. Some users said that Deepika looked 'uncomfortable,' while others stated that she was jealous. On the other hand, some users wondered why Deepika had to intervene in Alia's personal life. One user wrote, "Why did Deepika intervene in her personal life?! She knows how to give an answer!!" Another user commented, "Deepika looks uncomfortable."

While on KWK, Deepika Padukone called Ranbir a 'cheater'. However, in a recent interview with Nikhil Kamath, Ranbir Kapoor regretted dating two famous actresses from the industry, for whom the 'cheater' tag came along his way for life. In the same conversation, Ranbir recalled how his casanova image in public affected his parents.
The actor stated that he doesn't care about this as people are far from knowing the truth. He also added that he would never do the same with anyone and talk about them in public, and if that person found happiness after saying all these in public, then he also has no conflict with that person.

To this, Alia said she would choose the second option as she is friends with her husband's exes and loves them both.
