The much-awaited show of the year, Bigg Boss is back with season 18 and premiered on October 6, 2024. Out of many contestants, television actress, Alice Kaushik was announced as the 18th contestant to enter the show. As she entered the stage, Alice interacted with the host and revealed some unheard anecdotes from her life.
In her heartfelt conversation, Alice was heard talking about losing her father in 2016. As she spoke about the same, Alice turned emotional and broke out into tears. She revealed that her father committed suicide, and a few years later, her mother, too passed away due to a heart-related condition. In the same conversation, the actress mentioned that she has no one to look after her, and she only experiences silence in her house post returning back from shoots.
Seeing Alice getting emotional, Salman boosts her confidence by stating that he is confident about Alice’s win and said:
“I believe now, after seeing this, there is a 100% chance of you winning Bigg Boss. Aapka jo ateet hai, mera maan na hai ki usko peeche chhodo. It is very difficult par apne jis prakar se apne isko handle kiya hai, it is highly commendable.”

Alice Kaushik gained wide recognition with the show, Pandya Store, and it is her impeccable acting that stole the show. Her on-screen chemistry with her co-star, Kanwar Dhillon, turned into off-screen love, and in 2022, the duo confirmed their relationship. Her boyfriend, Kanwar, is her biggest cheerleader in the show.
Alice, who enjoys a huge fanbase, is stated to be one of the strongest contenders in the show. Talking about the other contestants, the show also features Vivian Dsena, Hemlata Sharma, Nyra Banerjee, Muskan Bamne, Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, Rajat Dalal, Chum Darang, Atul Kishan, Karanveer Mehra, Shehzada Dhami, Eisha Singh, Chahat Pandey, Shilpa Shirodkar and a few others.
