Allu Arjun, the superstar of Southern cinema, is gearing up for the highly anticipated release of his film, Pushpa: The Rule. The actor recently made headlines with his admiration for Bollywood actor, Ranbir Kapoor in a recent interview. In addition to heaping praise on the actor, Allu also compared his son to Ranbir's character in the film, Animal.
Allu Arjun recently made a candid appearance on Nandamuri Balakrishna’s popular talk show, Unstoppable with NBK. At one point during the show, the actor was asked about Ranbir Kapoor, and he was quick to express his admiration for the actor. The Pushpa star quipped that Ranbir is one of his personal favourite artists in the industry. Seeing Ranbir’s photo, Ally told Nandamuri:

"Oh! Ranbir Kapoor. Across Bollywood, he is one of the finest actors. In this generation, Ranbir Kapoor is a wow actor. My personal favourite actor is also Ranbir Kapoor. I like him a lot. A very nice actor.”
Allu’s admiration for Ranbir Kapoor also prompted Balakrishna to suggest a multi-starrer film where Ranbir and Ally would be in lead roles. At one point, the conversation also drifted to how Allu’s son is almost an embodiment of Ranbir’s character in Sandeep Reddy Bhanga’a Animal. Comparing his son, Aryan Allu to Ranbir’s character, the actor quipped:
“My son is like Ranbir Kapoor in Animal. He will do anything for me, but if something goes wrong with his mother, he won’t spare me.”
Further into the talk show, Allu Arjun expressed his desire to collaborate with Ranbir Kapoor one day, after the host suggested a multi-starrer film. With the rising trend of Southern superstars appearing in Bollywood films, several B-town actors are also venturing into regional cinema. Considering the actors’ mutual admiration for each other, the suggestion has undoubtedly intrigued fans to anticipate such a cinematic treat in the future.
Allu Arjun is all set for the release of Pushpa: The Rule, the much-awaited sequel to his blockbuster hit, Pushpa: The Rise. Even before its release, the film has fans buzzing with excitement. With Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil returning in key roles, it’s already shaping up to be another massive hit for the superstar.
