If recent reports are to be believed, Alia Bhatt has apparently grown insecure about her husband, Ranbir Kapoor’s cordial equation with his Animal co-star, Triptii Dimri. While the duo’s on-screen chemistry has already created quite the stir, recent rumours suggest that they have become much closer to one another, something which Alia isn’t comfortable with it. Amidst all the buzz such speculations created, a Reddit user re-shared one of Alia’s previous interviews from 2019, where she opened up about her take on infidelity in a relationship. Talking about her own parents’, the actress had said:

“My father met my mother because he had an extramarital affair. I am not as black and white about life, sometimes in life, things happen for a reason. Of course, you would not want to propagate infidelity and I don’t propagate it, but I understand the nature of human-its not always that easy and it is something that’s prevalent. You can’t say it doesn’t exist or it can’t exist. It does! So try and understand it, look at it in a different way or disagree with it. But have some perspective on it and don’t turn your head away.”

Well, this excerpt from one of Alia Bhatt’s old interview with The Asian Age Magazine went viral in no time, especially after reports of her being insecure about her husband’s close equation with Triptii Dimri. As a result, several internet users took to the comment section and started expressing their views. While one user commented, “poor thing is confusing attraction w infidelity”, another netizen wrote, “Just because it exists doesn't mean you have to understand it.....I can't understand cheating and don't want to understand. For me cheating is the end of relation.... it's the end of trust .........”

Off lately, Ranbir Kapoor is garnering a lot of limelight for his performance in the film, Animal. Be it for his superb physique, dialogues or sizzling chemistry with his co-actresses, Rashmika Mandanna and Triptii Dimri, Ranbir has created a sensation with his film. During one of his previous press interactions for the promotion of the film, Ranbir talked about how it was his wifey, Alia, who made him feel comfortable to do intimate scenes in Animal. He mentioned:
“We speak so much about each other's work. I really respect her as an artist, and I really respect her mind and how she thinks. Every scene or every day that I was going on this film, I used to discuss it with her. You know, she has helped me with so many scenes. She has helped me with the scenes, where you know, I was scared as an actor that this isn't sounding too wrong."

Previously, during her appearance on Koffee With Karan 8, Alia Bhatt gave a sassy response to all the backlash and hatred she unnecessarily received due to the Page 3 gossips churned about her marriage every day. Talking about the misconceptions people have on her married life, she said:
“It’s the age of the internet. Someday I have got buccal fat surgery, someday I’m whitening my skin, someday I’m having marriage issues. Misconceptions are misconceptions, so they don’t bother me.”
