While no one ever commented on the same, Amitabh Bachchan, a few days ago, took to his blog and reacted to the 'speculations'. And again, he dropped an angry post on his Twitter, leaving everyone wondering if it was a reaction to the non-stop buzz about Abhishek and Aishwarya. On December 2, 2024, Amitabh dropped a tweet containing the word 'chup', which means 'please be silent', followed by an angry-faced emoticon. Well, such a tweet came after buzz about Aishwarya Rai dropping off 'Bachchan' from her name made rounds on social media.
It was on November 21, 2024, when Amitabh Bachchan took to his blog and penned a note wherein he talked about the 'untruth' and 'speculations'. The actor said that he doesn't talk about his family much as he feels that the family's privacy is maintained by him. Talking about the 'unverified truths', Amitabh shared that people often use the 'question marks' with speculations and unverified truths, which works for them like a legal safeguard, but this also ends up placing the seed of belief in other's minds as well.
Amitabh mentioned how using question marks is actually a secretive way to get readers' attention and how that particular piece of writing grabs much attention, be it negative or positive. He further questioned people's conscience about how they can even write speculations without even thinking about its effect upon the subject about which the whole buzz is.
It was a few days ago when Aishwarya Rai Bachchan attended an event in Dubai. Moreover, the actress was addressed only by her maiden name, and the screen even displayed it as 'Aishwarya Rai' without Bachchan. Such an incident yet again re-ignited her separation buzz from Abhishek Bachchan. Amid this, another video from SIIMA Awards again made rounds on social media, wherein Kabir Khan was seen calling Aishwarya on the stage only with her maiden name, and not with 'Bachchan'. It also made people start gossiping about the personal life of Aishwarya and Abhishek.
