Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant will get hitched after years of courtship, on July 12, 2024. The couple has been mesmerising everyone with their pre-wedding celebrations to date, and their love story has set an inspiration for many. For the unversed, the Ambani family hosted a series of traditional pre-wedding rituals, including mameru, sangeet, haldi and mehendi. However, amidst them all, it was Anant’s grandmother, Kokilaben Ambani who arranged for a special garba night for the couple back on July 5, 2024.

For the special day, Anant sported a custom, blush pink-hued sherwani that he picked from the shelves of Rahul Mishra. He layered it with a matching-hued Nehru coat that had intricate embroidery work, that included several elements from the wildlife and nature. Well, it truly paid an ode to Anant’s deep love for nature and animals. He adorned it with a unique peacock brooch.

Speaking about Radhika, she got dressed in a purple-hued ghaghra-choli from the label, Jigyam. The highlight of her attire was its unique placement of Lord Shrinath Ji motifs on the panels of the skirt. Moreover, her outfit included a fusion of handcrafted pearl, marodi and mochi work. She styled it with a contrasting pastel green-hued sheer dupatta, that had unique zari borders and motifs of Lord Shrinath Ji as well. To complete her look, Radhika dazzled in a heavy diamond choker, matching earrings and statement diamond kadas. Kohl-lined eyes, blushed makeup, nude lips added stars to her OOTD. She tied up her hair in a low bun and adorned it with a traditional gajra.
For their sangeet night, Anant Ambani chose to shine bright with another impeccable choice of attire for the special celebration. The young entrepreneur picked a unique and custom-designed bandhgala sherwani from the shelves of the eminent designer duo, Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. With a base colour of deep navy blue, the highlight of his outfit was definitely its real gold threadwork embroidery, that has been minutely hand-crafted to perfection. The embroidered motifs reflected were inspired by floral and natural beauty, while the ruby and diamond encrusted buttons added an oomph factor.

On July 9, 2024, the Ambani family hosted the traditional Gujarati ritual of mosalu ceremony for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. While the internet went gaga over the bride-to-be’s impeccable fashion choice for the evening, it was also the groom-to-be who made people stop and stare in awe with his unique choice of accessory. Well, for the mosalu, Anant wore a red-hued kurta with matching pyjamas, and layered it with a red-hued embellished coat. However, what turned heads was his unique selection of the iconic emerald studded panther brooch, that is priced at Rs. 1.3 crores. Additionally, Anant’s six diamond and emerald studded buttons also grabbed attention.
