Angelina Idnani is one of the cutest and most memorable child actors in Bollywood from the 2000s. She made her acting debut in Bollywood with the 2006 film, Phir Hera Pheri. Ace Indian filmmaker and writer, Neeraj Vora was the one, whose casting team found Angelina to play a crucial role in the film. For the unversed, Angelina portrayed the character of Bipasha Basu's nephew in the film. Even to this day, Angelina's hilarious scene with Paresh Rawal, in which the latter gives her his banana to eat, never skips the chance to leave the viewers in splits. The iconic scene is considered as one of the most hilarious scenes from the Phir Hera Pheri.
Despite being at the age of nine, Angelina Idnani performed brilliantly and impressed the critics and audiences with her innocence and acting skills. As a result, she bagged another major role in Siddharth Anand's Ta Ra Rum Pum. The young actress portrayed the character of Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukerji's daughter, 'Priya, AKA Princess' in the film. Once again, she left a mark on the screen with her acting performance. With her superb acting performances in Phir Hera Pheri and Ta Ra Rum Pum, Angelina Idnani caught the attention of so many casting directors in Bollywood.

Unfortunately, we have never seen Angelina Idnani act again after Ta Ra Rum Pum. Despite making her mark on the big screen at such a young age and that too in back-to-back films, Angelina's absence from the film industry was a shocker for almost everyone. As per multiple reports, she started getting a lot of roles in movies, but due to a personal tragedy, she quit acting, and Ta Ra Rum Pum officially became her last film. As of now, she is leading a peaceful and private life away from the media spotlight.
According to several media reports, Angelina Idnani was pursuing a diploma in Fashion Marketing back in 2017, but since then, there has been no news about the former child actor. Although, Angelina is not active on any of the social media platforms, but there are many fanpages on Instagram dedicated to the actress.

Coming to the much-asked reason why Angelina Idnani quit acting, the former actress herself opened up about it in a heart-to-heart conversation with the Hindustan Times back in 2017. The actress revealed that she always wanted to become a diva, and right from an early age, she had an interest in dancing, makeup, and fashion. However, the reason why she left acting is due to the unfortunate demise of her father, whom she lost when she was in sixth grade. She said:
"Since childhood, I always wanted to be like a diva. As a kid, I kept dancing at home, putting on makeup and trying on new clothes. The film just helped me reach there but then circumstances were such that I stopped acting. But the fact that I still want to act hasn't! My grandfather wanted me to walk the runway and become a beauty queen. And my father always wanted me to get into the movies and become an actress."
