Television actress, Anjali Arora garnered massive popularity after her stint in the reality show, Lock Upp. Ever since then, she has been leading the headlines for her personal as well as professional life. Be it her equation with her co-contestant, Munawar Faruqui, or rumours about her clash with the latter's girlfriend, Nazila, Anjali never missed a chance to garner the limelight.
Once again, Anjali Arora grabbed headlines for all the wrong reasons. Recently, an alleged video of Anjali got leaked on social media platforms, and it featured the actress lying in an objectionable position. Moreover, there have been several speculations if the video is real or fake, but there was no clarity. Now, in an interview, Anjali herself reacted to the viral video and mentioned that people are trying to malign her image.

Now in an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Anjali Arora finally broke her silence and opened up about the MMS controversy. She shared that she doesn't understand why people do such things to malign her name and added that they should have at least thought about her family. Talking about how her morphed MMS video has been doing rounds on the internet, she said:
"Mujhe nhi pta ki ye kya kar rhe hain log. Mera naam lgakr mera photo lgakr keh rhe hain this is Anjali. I don't know kyun kar rhe hain in logon ne hi to mujhe bnaya hai. Inki bhi family hai..meri bhi family hai. Meri family bhi sare videos dekhti hai. Sometimes I feel ki jab main ye sab cheezein dekhti hun ki ye kyun kar rhe hain jisme main hun hi nhi. Jisme main hun hi nhi usko itna kyun faila rhe hain..youtube par faltu ki cheezein views ke liye. Anjali Arora ka mms. Mere bhi parents hain, family hai...chote bhai hain jo ye dekhte hain."
Further in the interview, the actress hit back at the wrongdoers and asked them to have a healthy competition instead of trying to pull her down. She mentioned that since people can't reach to her level so they started to malign her name. Reflecting on the same, she added:
"Theek hai aap kisi ko badnaam karna chahte ho..but is trah see yaar. Kehte haina jab kisi ki barabri na ho paye toh usko badnaam karna shuru kardo. Toh bass yhi sab kar rhe hain."

When Anjali was asked about her parents' reaction to her MMS controversy, the actress revealed that it is not the first time that she has landed in such a controversy. She shared that during her stay in the show, LockUpp, something similar happened with her and added that her parents had filed an FIR claiming that a fake video was being circulated in her name. However, Anjali shared that though her parents got impacted by it, they never questioned her about the same. The heartbroken actress concluded by saying that she is not prepared to deal with all of this at the mere age of 21.
