We need our mothers with us forever, in every situation whether we win or lose, we are happy or sad, we want her to be by our side forever. For a daughter, her mother holds a very important place in her life. From giving life lessons to becoming a secret keeper, a mother is the first best friend for her daughter. When a daughter is born in the family, the happiest person in the family is always her mother. God couldn’t be everywhere, so he created mothers, who stand with us like a shield and make sure to protect us from every difficulty. A mother is our most priceless possession which we can never think about losing. A mere thought of losing her brings sleepless nights and goosebumps in our body and we pray to God every day to keep her safe and with us forever. But sometimes, destiny plays a different track and we lose our most prized possession, our mothers, and we are left with a void that can never be filled. Losing a mother is always the toughest phase in anyone’s life but the most affected person is her daughter. A daughter misses her mother on every single occasion, festivals, achievements, birthdays, and many more. Same is the case with Boney Kapoor and Mona Kapoor’s daughter, Anshula Kapoor, who lost her mother in March 2012. Mona’s demise has left an unfilled void in Anshula’s life and we have seen her remembering her mother on every occasion and sharing her emotional thoughts through writing on her social media handles.
On February 3, 2020, Anshula Kapoor took to her Insta stories and posted a throwback picture with her late mother, Mona Kapoor to wish her on her 56th birthday. Sharing the photo, Anshula wrote, “Happy Birthday Mommy. Love you forever. Miss you every day” and “The last time I celebrated your birthday with you was in 2008. Before leaving the country for college. How I wish I could have been with you in 2012 for your last birthday with us” atop it.
Arjun Kapoor had also taken to his Instagram handle and had posted a throwback picture from his late mother’s last birthday with them. He had written an emotional note to wish her and it could be read as “Happy birthday Mom Love You. I hope ur smiling right now whenever you are... this picture was the last birthday we had together & I just assumed we would have many more... it’s selfish to say I miss you all the time but I really do ya... I try & be strong cause that’s the way society expected me to be at the age of 25 when I lost you forever... they all expect u to figure it all out with ur life taken away from you I was supposed to sorted & what not... but I’m not strong enough on most days... I just ride it out... anyway as usual I sit and complain & trouble u with my nonsense... happy birthday Mom wish we had more time together.... PS - @anshulakapoor started @fankindofficial & she’s kicking ass just like you did.” (Suggested Read: Radhika Merchant Makes Heads Turn In A Backless Lehenga For Armaan Jain-Anissa Malhotra's Wedding)
Last year (February 3, 2019), on her late mother, Mona Kapoor’s 55th birthday, Anshula Kapoor had taken to her Instagram handle and had posted an adorable picture from her childhood with her mother. She had written an emotional birthday wish for her, which could be read as “Happy birthday Ma you were and always will be my strongest & loudest cheerleader, my biggest source of strength, and the one person I could always count on to be in my corner. You built me wings when I didn’t know I could or even needed to fly, and you always, always became the wind beneath those wings whenever you saw that I needed that little extra push. Miss you ma (as if that isn’t the biggest understatement of the decade). Even though I’m grateful for the 21 years I got you by my side. We carry you in our hearts every second of every day, and I truly hope that wherever you are, you’re happy & getting to spread all your joy & love with everyone around you. Rab Raakha #AlwaysMyNumber1 #AlwaysAndForever.”

On December 4, 2018, Anshula Kapoor had written a heartfelt note for her late mother, Mona Kapoor pleading her to come back. She had shared a throwback picture of her mother and had written, “Come back na Ma. Can you ever become too old to stop needing your mom’s hugs? Being an “adult” is hard, but it sucks extra hard on some days. Today is one such day where all I want is to have kadi chaawal with mom & hear her laugh one more time. Miss you Ma. #AlwaysAndForever.”
Anshula Kapoor’s brother, Arjun Kapoor had reposted the post to calm his sister with a caption that could be read as, “I know she is my sister n I can pick up the phone n tell her this, but strangely sometimes it’s easier posting things it feels cathartic. It’s ok @anshulakapoor u don’t have to be an adult all the time u handle, me the most useless man child in the world n u still manage to keep ur sanity it’s fine we will take things one day at a time. I wish I could be more like her or just give u the time with her that u crave but the reality is I can’t ever be like even if I try, she was special & unique n u are more an extension of her than I can ever be. Love you. (I’ll be home soon to trouble you).” (Must Read: Nita Ambani And Isha Ambani Make A Statement At Armaan Jain And Anissa Malhotra's Wedding)
