Marriage is the start of a new story that you know nothing about. No book can ever prepare you for a life as 'missus'. For a woman, her life entirely changes, the day she gets married and walks out of her parent's place. No matter, where ever you go, things won't be same once you tie the knot. While your marriage is the start of the happiest phase, there is still an ache that stays with you as you grow up with your better-half. That's when it is the 'mister's' duty to make his 'missus' feel at home. And television actor, Anurag Sharma made sure to make his wife, Nandini Gupta feel the love of home. On January 31, 2020, Anurag had tied the knot with the love of his life, Nandini Gupta in a grand ceremony in New Delhi. For the big day, Anurag had donned a cream sherwani with a long multilayer neckpiece, a turban and a red stole. On the other hand, Nandini was looking gorgeous in a unique red lehenga with intricate detailing of the doli. She had completed her look with a heavy neckpiece, matching jhumkis, a matahapatti and a nath.
After the grand wedding, the duo had left for their honeymoon in Thailand. On February 19, 2020, when they came back, Anurag gave a unique surprise to his wife, Nandini. He hosted a surprise bash with the family and decorated the entire home. He shared Instagram stories, wherein we can clearly see Nandini's reaction to it. On the occasion of Valentine's Day, Anurag had shared a liplock picture with wife, Nandini. Along with it, he had written, "Happy Valentine's Day Gorgeous I consider myself the luckiest person on Earth it's because I own the most precious jewel in the whole Universe, and that is you, My Love @starnandini." Coming back to Anurag and Nandini's love story, they have known each other since the last five years. Their Instagram feeds are filled with mushy pictures and love notes. It was on January 13, 2020, when Anurag had shared his marriage announcement on his Instagram handle with a video and had captioned it as "KISMAT CONNECTION I loved her @starnandini since the first time I saw her. Me and Nandini #ANUDINI are ready to take up the big leap and start the adventure called "marriage". We are truly blessed with such amazing family, friends and fans please continue to pour your love and blessings as we begin this journey."
The couple had met each other in November 2012 and had visited Siddhivinayak temple in Mumbai on their first date. After dating for four years, Anurag had proposed Nandini for marriage in February 2016. In an interview with The Times of India, Anurag had talked about his compatibility with his wife. He had shared, "While I'm a quiet person, Nandini is a vivacious one. We are completely opposite personalities and maybe that is attracted me to her." He had further revealed that they lived in the same area and often crossed each other's paths. One fine day, he gathered the courage to ask her if she would accompany him to Siddhivinayak temple and that's how their love story has begun.
