The wedding is not just special for the bride and the groom but also the ones, who are witnessing it. The excitement, the laughs, the beats of dhol and the colourful clothing is so contagious that even the neighbourhood aunties don't miss a chance to be part of it. But the real fun starts after tying the knot as the entire family relishes in the post-wedding ceremonies. On January 31, 2020, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein fame, Anurag Sharma had tied the knot with his love, Nandini Gupta. And now, the Sharma family organised a special Griha Pravesh ceremony for their new bahu. After the grand wedding, Anurag and Nandini had left for their honeymoon in Thailand. On February 19, 2020, when they came back, Anurag had given a unique surprise to his wife, Nandini. He had hosted a surprise bash with the family and had decorated the entire home. He had shared Instagram stories, wherein we could clearly see Nandini's reaction to it. In another story, we had also spotted Anurag lifting his wife in his arms.

On the occasion of Valentine's Day, Anurag had shared a liplock picture with wife, Nandini. The couple had met each other in November 2012 and had visited Siddhivinayak temple in Mumbai on their first date. After dating for four years, Anurag had proposed Nandini for marriage in February 2016. In an interview with The Times of India, Anurag had talked about gus compatibility. He had shared, "While I'm a quiet person, Nandini is a vivacious one. We are completely opposite personalities and maybe that is attracted me to her." He had further revealed that they lived in the same area and often crossed each other's paths. One fine day, he gathered the courage to ask her if she would accompany him to Siddhivinayak temple and that's how their love story has begun.
