Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have been clear about their stance, on keeping their children, Vamika Kohli and Akaay Kohli away from the media glares. While some made fun of them and others didn't like their idea of being overprotective of their kids, they were clear that they wanted to give their kids a normal childhood. However, the couple's huge fan following still eagerly tries to dig out glimpses of their children. Recently, a famous Bollywood photographer shared details about Anushka and Virat's baby girl, Vamika.
Recently, Varinder Chawla hosted an 'Ask Me Anything' session on the discussion platform Reddit, where fans flooded him with comments. While he happily answered them, one fan asked about Anushka and Virat's daughter and who she looks more like. To which, in an instant, Varinder replied, "Anushka." However, fans didn't agree with his reply. One of the user wrote, "Isne vamika ko dekha nahi hai matlab." Another commented, "Haha seriously, she’s a mini Virat."

Anushka and Virat have always been respectful of the media fraternity. After the birth of their son, Akaay, the couple distributed a special hamper for the photographers, who helped maintain the privacy of their children. The couple handpicked goodies for the paps, which included many gadgets like a power bank, a small side bag, a smartwatch and a water bottle, among other things. Along with it, the couple also added a note, which can be read as, "We sincerely thank you for respecting the privacy of our children and for your unwavering cooperation." Later, Virat revealed that it was Anushka, who had curated the hamper.

Earlier, in July 2022, Anushka had called out a media organisation for clicking and circulating Vamika's picture for some likes. Anushka had instantly taken to the comments section and schooled them. She called out the media organisation and asked them to learn from others.
Anushka and Virat fell head-over-heels in love with each other while shooting together for an advertisement around 2013. The couple dated for a few years, and in 2017, they tied the knot in a private ceremony in Italy with their family in attendance. In 2021, the couple welcomed their first daughter, Vamika, and they family completed with the arrival of their son, Akaay Kohli.
