AP Dhillon Assures His Safety To Fans After The Firing Outside His House In Canada, Says 'I Am Safe'

AP Dhillon is famous for his songs Excuses, Brown Munde, Desires, Insane Ma Belle, and Tere Te, among others. Recently, gunshots were reported outside his house in Victoria Island, Vancouver, Canada. The sudden incident worried his fans across the borders as they anxiously awaited for a statement from the singer. To his fan’s relief, the Indo-Canadian singer broke his silence a day after the shocking incident.

AP Dhillon assures his safety through social media

Hours after the firing outside AP Dhillon's house in Vancouver, Canada, the rapper took to his Instagram handle to give surety to his fans regarding his safety. The singer stated on his Instagram story:

“I’m safe. My people are safe. Thank you to everyone who reached out. Your support means everything. Peace and love to all.”

An hour after confirming his safety, the singer also posted a video of himself jamming to his song, Sweet Flower. He wrote in the caption, “Keep spreading love.” The post went viral and his fans filled the comment section with well wishes and prayers for the singer's safety in future. 

The Lawrence Bishnoi gang claims responsibility for firing outside AP Dhillon's house

According to a report in India Today, Rohit Godara, who is reportedly connected with the gangster, Lawrence Bishnoi, has claimed responsibility for the shootings that occurred outside AP Dhillon’s house. In a viral social media post, a man was spotted outside a house in an unknown location, firing shots. Although an official verification of the post is yet to come, fans are speculating that the shooting shown in the video is the same as what happened outside AP Dhillon’s house.

The shots were reportedly fired as AP Dhillon featured Salman Khan in his latest music video, Old Money, which allegedly instigated the Lawrence Bishnoi-Rohit Godara gang. For the unversed, Lawrence Bishnoi promised to take revenge against the Maine Pyaar Kiya actor since he allegedly hunted a blackbuck in 1998. To fulfil his revenge, his gang members fired shots outside Salman Khan’s house in Bandra in 2023 in a similar pattern as they did outside AP Dhillon’s house.
