Arbaaz Khan also added that he is glad that both his and Malaika Arora’s families are mature enough to deal with co-parenting. The actor admitted that they’re not like other individuals, who stop talking to each other after their divorce, as he thinks that in that scenario, kids suffer the most. Opening up about his son, Arhaan’s reaction to their divorce, Arbaaz admitted that the young kid had made peace with it a long time ago. Opening more about the same, Arbaaz stated that Arhaan respects his and Malaika’s decision to move on in their respective ways. He said:
"People are really naive if they think that Malaika and I have separated and we will only look out for ourselves. It doesn’t happen like that. If parents who are separated, stop talking to each other it might end up causing trauma to the child, maybe to some extent. Thankfully, our family doesn’t have that fear. Arhaan has accepted that his father has moved on, his mother has moved on. He is doing fine, too."
