Keep it Simple, Silly

Most of you have probably heard of the KISS management formula. Here’s how you can apply it to your own love life. If one of your co-workers has caught your eye, then it may not be the best idea to propose to him/ her light heartedly, the way you would propose to someone in college. • If you are planning to marry your manager or someone who is higher up on the corporate hierarchy than you are, then you need to be even more circumspect in your behaviour. Avoid any displays of favouritism, otherwise you could both very well end up facing a formal complaint of favouritism or nepotism. This is an ugly situation that will be very damaging towards both your careers. In fact, it might be better to avoid any impression of favouritism by ensuring that your significant other treats you the same way he treats the rest of the team, at least in the office.
