Actor, Arjun Kapoor has been riding quite high on his professional front with some amazing films in his kitty. The actor’s recently released film, Sardar Ka Grandson, where he stars along, Neena Gupta and Rakul Preet Singh is garnering positive reviews. Arjun will be next seen in Bhoot Police along with Saif Ali Khan and in the sequel of Ek Villain. In his tremendous journey in Bollywood, if there is one person who had stood by him like his solid support system, then it is his sister, Anshula Kapoor.

Arjun Kapoor shares a very warm bond with his sister, Anshula Kapoor. After the death of their mother, Mona Shourie Kapoor, it was Anshula, who had stepped in and taken care of Arjun. We have often seen the brother-sister bond on their respective social media handles. In October 2020, Anshula had shared a throwback picture with Arjun and had written, “Just a Sunday appreciation post for my favorite human... thank you for loving me despite all my crazy @arjunkapoor.”
In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Arjun revealed that his sister, Anshula is the most important person in his life. Revealing the sacrifices made by Anshula for him after the death of their mother, Mona, Arjun said, “She did a course in America, she graduated and she moved to India so that I don't get lonely. She looked at my life as her life. She runs the house so that I can work. It's not easy to live without having parents around, at least one child has to be slightly responsible so that the other one can enjoy, be carefree, irresponsible and go take on the world.” He further mentioned that Anshula balanced his professional and personal life.
Stating his condition after their mom, Mona’s death, the 2 States actor shared that he couldn’t find solace at home and ended up signing six films to keep himself busy. It was only because of his sister, Anshula’s support that he could manage to make a career in Bollywood and come out of his emotional turmoil.

In 2018, Arjun Kapoor had taken to his IG handle and had reposted a monochrome picture of his mother, Mona Shourie and had penned an emotional note for his sister, Anshula Kapoor. He had written, “I know she is my sister and I can pick up the phone and tell her this... But strangely sometimes it is easier posting things. It feels cathartic. It's okay Anshula Kapoor, you don't have to be an adult all the time." Referring himself as a "useless man-child" and thanking Anshula for standing by him through thick and thin, Arjun had added, "You handle me, the most useless man-child in the world and you still manage to keep your sanity. It's fine. We will take things one day at a time.”

Arjun had concluded his post by writing how he always strives to be a reflection of his mother. He had written, "I wish I could be more like her or just give you the time with her that you crave but the reality is that I can't even be like her even if I try. She was special and unique and you are more of an extension of her than I can be... Love you. I'll be home soon to trouble you."
